Your automatic driving instructor in Nottingham
I’m the instructor behind NGPass Driving Academy. My approach is simple: calm guidance, clear explanations and progress at a pace that works for you.

Learning to drive is personal.
Behind every driving lesson is a person with their own starting point, questions and ambitions. For me, teaching means helping you understand what you are doing, recognise your progress and feel ready for the next step.
I established NGPass Driving Academy in 2010. Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of learners across Nottingham develop the skills and confidence to drive independently.
Outside teaching, I enjoy family time, reading and exploring new places. Patience, communication and encouragement matter to me—and they shape the way I teach.
Calm lessons. Clear progress.

A steady hand for your next step.
Teaching since 2010
I’ve taught learners since 2010 and trained driving instructors since 2020. That experience shapes my patient, adaptable approach, with lessons structured around your needs—whether you’re starting from scratch or rebuilding confidence.
My focus is on safe decisions, independent driving and preparation for real journeys, as well as your practical test.
Local knowledge. Personal support.
I teach automatic driving lessons in Nottingham, including preparation for tests at Colwick and Chilwell. We use local roads to develop skills you can apply wherever you drive.
The difference a calm approach makes.
“Abdul’s approach was ideal, he was always calm and patient, ensuring time was given to understand my thoughts so he could give tailored advice.”
